OtterFi (“we”, “us”) operates Verify and Notify, community infrastructure for Telegram and Discord. This policy explains what we collect and why. OtterFi is currently in early access - this policy will evolve as the product does.

What we collect

  • Your Telegram or Discord account identifier, so we know which member is verifying or receiving notifications.
  • The public wallet address you verify - never a private key, seed phrase, or custodied funds.
  • Community configuration you or your admins set up (access rules, tracked collections, destinations).
  • Publicly available on-chain data (token/NFT balances, marketplace activity) needed to evaluate access and deliver notifications.

What we never do

  • We never custody, move, or have the ability to move your funds.
  • We never request your private key or seed phrase.
  • We never sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep verification and configuration data for as long as your community remains active, or until an admin removes it. Deleting a Community removes its own access policy, memberships, and linked wallet records.
