Tiers

Notify and Verify each offer four tiers - Free, Starter, Pro, and Premium - and Telegram and Discord are priced independently. That means, for example, a community can run Notify Pro on Telegram and Notify Free on Discord at the same time - each product and platform combination has its own real plan.

What entitlements control

Every plan is defined by a fixed set of entitlements - real limits and feature flags, not marketing labels. Broadly, these fall into a few categories:

• Capacity - how many tracked collections and destinations (Notify), or communities and verified members (Verify), a plan allows.
• Behavior - things like re-verification cadence and Live Membership (Verify), or rich notification styles (Notify).
• Chain coverage - whether Solana monitoring/verification is included, on top of the EVM chains every tier already supports.
• Branding - custom portal branding and attribution removal.

Payment

Paid tiers are purchased directly through the bot's own /upgrade command, with your own wallet - there is no card processor, no fiat, and OtterFi never takes custody of funds at any point.

Every paid tier can be paid on any of these networks: Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum One, Ink, and ApeChain, or Solana. Each network is an independent quote for the exact same tier price - never a discount for picking one over another.
