Notify
Notify keeps your community informed automatically with real-time NFT marketplace activity. No manual updates, no bots to babysit, no missed events.
Product overview
Each Notify setup tracks exactly one collection at a time. Every real event for that collection - a mint, a sale, floor movement - is picked up automatically and formatted into a notification.
Once setup is complete, Notify runs automatically in the background.
How Notify works
Marketplace
For EVM chains, sales and offers are sourced from OpenSea. For Solana, sales are read directly from on-chain Magic Eden marketplace activity. Mints, on every chain, are read directly from the chain itself (a real minting transaction), not from a marketplace, so they're never delayed by indexing.
Supported Chains
Notify supports the same chains as Verify:
| Chain |

Note
Solana monitoring is also available - real-time sales and mints, included on Pro and Premium.
Alert types
Sales
Trigger: An NFT is sold.
Members see: Price, buyer, seller, and a floor-relative comparison.
Why it matters: Keeps the community informed about real market activity.
Floor activity
Trigger: The floor price moves.
Members see: The new floor, tracked continuously rather than sampled at a single point in time.
Why it matters: A live pulse on collection value.
Mints
Trigger: A real, on-chain mint transaction.
Members see: A live mint-progress line (for example 134 / 1111 minted) when your collection's total supply is configured.
Why it matters: Momentum during a mint is one of the most-watched moments in a community.
Coming Soon
Plain transfer notifications (a wallet-to-wallet move with no sale) and offer/bid alerts are on the roadmap but not live yet.
Live pinned dashboard
The Live Pinned Dashboard gives every community a single always-up-to-date message instead of dozens of scattered updates.
/pin creates one message - showing your live floor price, 24-hour volume, holder count, active listing count, and mint progress - and pins it. Instead of posting a new message each time, Notify edits that same message in place roughly once an hour.
Notification styles
Every destination picks one of three styles, changeable at any time with no restart needed:
Minimal
- A compact, one-line-per-event feed.
Rich
- Detailed event cards: price, floor-relative stats, buyer/seller links.
Community
- The same information, more expressive and community-focused.
Telegram and Discord
Every feature is available on both Telegram and Discord.
The main difference is how commands reply: on Telegram, collection commands reply in the chat; on Discord, they reply publicly to the channel as well, while Settings screens are private to the admin who opened them.
X
Notify can also deliver Sale and Mint alerts to your own connected X account - across every chain we support, including Solana. This is a custom setup today, not a self-service option available through /setup.
Note
Want Notify on X? Reach us on X to set it up.
Community configuration
From Settings, admins can customize alert style, notification categories, branding emoji and links, the tracked collection, and send test notifications.
Changes take effect immediately - there's never a need to repeat setup.

FAQ
Can I track more than one collection?
Not with a single setup - each setup is scoped to one collection in one Telegram group or Discord channel. Two separate channels can each independently track their own different collection.
Why didn't my sale show up immediately?
Sales are sourced live from OpenSea; if delivery is delayed, check Troubleshooting for the most common causes.
Does the pinned dashboard update in real time?
It refreshes roughly once an hour, not on every single event - it's meant as a stable snapshot, not a live ticker.
Can I pause notifications temporarily?
Yes - /pause stops delivery without losing your configuration; /resume picks up where it left off.
Can I change notification style later?
Yes, any time from /settings - it takes effect on the very next notification.
Can I move Notify to another channel?
Each setup is tied to the channel it was created in - moving means running setup again in the new one.
Can multiple communities track the same collection?
Yes - each Telegram group or Discord server sets up its own independent tracking, even for the same collection.
Can I change the tracked collection later?
Yes, from /settings, without repeating the rest of setup.
