Is OtterFi free?

Yes, every feature on both products is free during Early Access. See Pricing for what's planned once a paid tier launches.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Setup is entirely button- and command-driven inside Telegram or Discord - there's nothing to install or configure outside the platform your community already uses.

Do I have to use both Verify and Notify?

No - they're independent products. Many communities run both, but each works fully on its own.

Which platforms are supported?

Telegram and Discord, for both products.

Which chains are supported?

Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum, and Polygon today. See the roadmap for what's next.

Is it safe to connect my wallet?

Yes - OtterFi never takes custody of funds and never has the ability to move anything out of your wallet. See Security for exactly how both verification methods work.

What if I don't want to connect a wallet at all?

Use "verify without connecting" instead - it proves ownership with a tiny self-transfer, without ever connecting a wallet or signing anything.

Can I move OtterFi to a different server or group later?

Each setup is tied to the group or server it was created in - moving means running setup again in the new one.

How do I get support?
